One of the most anticipated meals of my whole trip was my brunch at Speedo's in Bondi Beach. It was known for being quirky and Insta-worthy brunch that also tasted delicious. I went on a random day that I got work off and it honestly scared me a little to go by myself, but I persisted. I sat in an ocean view bar seat and enjoyed these ridiculous pancakes. I tried my best to finish them, but it was actually so filling. Also, my matcha latte was just as delicious as it was adorable. Even though Speedo's is labeled as basic and some locals say it is overrated, I would argue it is worth at least one try!
